Course Description: This course will provide a fourth-year student with an in-depth experience in high-risk pregnancies under the direct supervision of the Maternal-Fetal Medicine faculty. Taking place in a 5,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art perinatal diagnostic center, this course will include hands-on experience in targeted ultrasound; vaginal ultrasound and Doppler studies. The student will participate in the management of a wide variety of maternal-fetal complications.
Prerequisites: Completion of Ob-Gyn core clerkship or the equivalent.
