Course Description: This course will introduce pharmacy students to the principles of protein structure relevant to developing them as drugs and drug targets. They will also learn about the various routes and delivery systems for administration of drugs. Additionally, they will gain exposure into the imaging modalities used for evaluating these drugs, and the role of medical devices in enhancing therapy.
Prerequisites: BIOPHRM SC 111
Restrictions: First year PharmD students.
