Course Description: The first of 2 on-campus courses will integrate and apply the five domains of leadership and management skills needed for organizational success through pre- and post- course work,lectures from noted experts, case-based simulations, and standardized assessment tools to strengthen self-knowledge for professional development. Students will develop and critique his/her capstone project that will be implemented and evaluated during the practicum courses.
