Course Description: This web-based course examines the dimensions and practice of ethical leadership. Using leadership and change theories, students will analyze the effect of leadership behaviors on performance and system outcomes. Topics include recognizing leadership traits, values and styles; understanding the role of vision, clarity, performance standards, open communication, and conflict management on effecting change; and identifying administrative, interpersonal and cognitive domains for skill development.
