Course Description: This optional independent study course allows candidates of the Master of Science degree in Dental Hygiene extended program enrollment in order to fulfill the requirements for the Master of Science degree in Dental Hygiene. This course focuses on the manuscript, based on the Capstone Project, being approved by the Comprehensive Examination Committee and submitted to a journal for consideration of publication.
Prerequisites: Successful completion of all required courses in the MS in Dental Hygiene program and advancement to candidacy
Restrictions: Candidate must be enrolled in the Master of Science Program in Dental Hygiene and requires consent of the instructor. Course must be successfully completed within five quarters of advancing to candidacy.
