Course Description: This course will allow Primary Care Leadership Academy (PCLA) students to 1) present and discuss their work on primary care projects and research; 2) visit selected innovative primary care delivery settings; 3) discuss current complex issues in primary care with experts in primary care innovation; 4) meet with local leaders in primary care to discuss leadership and advocacy strategies; 5) collaborate on the “big picture” for PCLA and plan outreach efforts for current and future students.
Prerequisites: None
Restrictions: 4th year medical students or nurse practitioner students with instructor approval.
