Course Description: This course will introduce medical students to the fields of aerospace medicine and medicine in extreme environments, including reviewing the venues for training in aerospace medicine, clinical problems related to spaceflight, and critical research areas for future space exploration. One-hour seminars will be hosted by UCSF resident and visiting faculty members with expertise in aerospace medicine.
