Course Description: This course will cover major topics and practical experiences in urgent and primary care in the wilderness. The Yosemite Medical Clinic in Yosemite, CA provides direct primary and urgent care to visitors and residents of Yosemite National Park, in an outpatient family practice setting. Students will participate in the Special Response Team to respond to emergency situations within the park setting.
Prerequisites: Completion of all required 3rd year core clerkships.
Restrictions: 4th Year Status
