Course Description: This is a Bridges Curriculum Clinical Immersive Experience (CIEx), which provide medical students in Foundations 2 opportunities to broaden and enhance their professional development in health care settings different from those of their core clerkships. Each student will spend 2 weeks in the outpatient HIV Clinic (“Ward 86”) at ZSFGH. Students will attend HIV primary care and HIV specialty care clinics, as well as our HIV drop-in clinic.
