Course Description: Primary care at 2 Adventist Health clinic locations, one in Sanger and the other in Reedley. Both are in agricultural communities, approx 30-40 minutes South/East of Fresno. This ambulatory rotation includes pediatrics, obstetrics, gynecology, and chronic diseases. The Reedley Medical Center clinic is one of the rural training sites for family medicine residents. This clerkship offers students the opportunity to work with patients of various ethnic and cultural backgrounds.
Prerequisites: Medicine 110, Surgery 110, Pediatrics 110, Ob/Gyn 110
