Course Description: The Poison Control Center handles over 200 calls per day, many from physicians managing an acute poisoning or drug overdose. Students will learn to use computerized and other poison information resources; participate in discussions of a variety of acute poisonings.
Prerequisites: Medicine 110 and fourth-year standing
