Course Description: Students assigned to teams with first- and second-year residents, rounds with attending faculty, participation in daily conferences. Emphasis on pathophysiology of disease processes, management of acute medical problems. Refine skills in history-taking, physical examination, write-ups, presentations, techniques of diagnostic procedures. Students may be placed on inpatient at either CRMC or VA-Fresno.
