Course Description: Course will build upon basic nutrition content and will prepare participants to address the nutritional needs of infants, toddlers and children in the clinical setting. Consistent with national health promotion guidelines, nutritional approaches will target a variety of pediatric clients including the well child and children experiencing or recuperating from acute illness.
Prerequisites: Permission of Instructor.
