Course Description: This course addresses issues in genomics relevant for Advanced Practice Nurses. Students will learn about the essential genomic competencies for nurses, how to obtain a 3-generation family history, policy, legal, and public health issues in genomics, issues of diversity related to genomics, and consumer genomics.
Prerequisites: N294A or consent of instructor.
