Course Description: Course content will focus on recognition and management of common health problems in older adults with multimorbidity, with a particular concentration on cardiovascular problems presenting across care settings. Use of appropriate screening and risk assessment tools coupled with application of evidence-based approaches to managing multimorbidity in the older adult will be emphasized.
