Course Description: Faculty speakers will address reproductive health disparities and the barriers that people face when attempting to access family planning services. The topics to be covered include the legal, societal, political and cultural factors preventing women from being able to exercise choices about their reproductive health care. Several of our class sessions will be focused on skill-building workshops, including media training, hands-on medical interventions, counseling, and educational advocacy.
