Course Description: This clinical course provides comprehensive experience in treating oral medicine conditions. Students learn to apply knowledge of history-taking and differential diagnosis, utilize various diagnostic techniques such as biopsy, cytology and certain clinical pathology laboratory tests; interpret results, prescribe treatment and follow up. Expectations shift as student advances.
Prerequisites: None.
Restrictions: Enrollment in the postgraduate oral medicine program.
