Course Description: Students will participate in the various outpatient clinics offered by the Division of Medical Genetics and Genomics at UCSF. When possible, they will also help with in-patient consults. The patient population seen by our clinicians includes infants, children and adults. The range of pathology includes but is not limited to congenital anomalies, biochemical disorders/inborn errors of metabolism, and childhood/adult-onset diseases affecting a variety of organ systems.
Prerequisites: Medicine 110 and Pediatrics 110
