Course Description: Students will function as interns in the busy Acute Care Clinic (6M) of the Children's Health Center at ZSFG. Students will gain skills in the assessment and management of a wide range of common acute pediatric complaints in a high risk patient population while working with an interdisciplinary care team. Students will also participate in all teaching conferences and present one case in a teaching conference for the rest of pediatric trainees.
Prerequisites: Medicine 110 and Pediatrics 110
