Course Description: The purpose of the course is to facilitate interdisciplinary communication and interaction between DPT students and professionals in other medical disciplines on topics of mutual interest (e.g. neurology, orthopedic surgery, pediatrics, medicine, neuroscience, cancer). Students in the DPT program provide a written report of the topic that was discussed and its relevance and applications to rehabilitation. Students are asked to present/discuss topics from Grand Rounds to/with their peers.
Prerequisites: Enrollment in the UCSF/SFSU Graduate Program in Physical Therapy.
Restrictions: Restricted to 1st Year students in the DPT program only.
