Course Description: This course provides content on the clinical management of HIV-infected adolescents and adults with an emphasis on HIV complex chronic disease management and common HIV-related conditions and comorbidities. Students should have a basic knowledge of HIV epidemiology and HIV pharmacology.
Prerequisites: NURSING 242A, NURSING 242B
Restrictions: Second-year nurse practitioner (NP) or clinical nurse specialist (CNS) students or permission of instructor.
