Course Description: Continuation of critical analysis of contemporary theories and conceptual frameworks of dental hygiene science as they relate to dental hygiene roles in oral disease prevention and health promotion and dental hygiene schools of thought. Emphasis is on developing research methods and on finalizing a written and oral scholarly Capstone project proposal in preparation for the Oral Qualifying Examination.
Prerequisites: DH 200A DPH210 DH202A
Restrictions: Open only to students enrolled in the MS-DH program or by consent of program director.
