Course Description: Building upon the foundation of knowledge and skills attained in PCC 109A, students will perform basic oral surgical procedures within the scope of a general dentist, and identify when to refer patients for specialty care. This course will also reinforce patient evaluation, medical risk assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and local anesthesia technique.
Prerequisites: PCC 109A or 109B
Restrictions: fourth year dental students
