Course Description: Course provides students with the opportunity to develop & enhance clinical management and care coordination skills essential for attending to physiologic, developmental, & psychosocial transitions for infants, children & adolescents with complex health conditions. Application will be across the continuum of pediatric health care settings, including end-of-life.
Prerequisites: Nursing 283.05 or approval by FOR
