Course Description: This full day conference on Urban Disaster Preparedness will teach learners hands-on skills, systems-based approaches, and medical knowledge applicable to providing care during disaster situations. The morning will consist of five lectures from speakers representing Emergency Medicine programs across Northern California. After lunch, participants will split into break-out groups for three hands-on workshops. The day will end with a keynote lecture presented by faculty from SFGH.
