Course Description: The course will introduce students to the anatomic and physiologic correlations associated with the clinical syndromes of peripheral vascular disease, cerebrovascular diseases, as well as other specific topics in cardiology. Through a multi-disciplinary approach (vascular surgery, interventional radiology and interventional cardiology), endovascular and surgical approaches to the treatment of these diseases will be highlighted, and critical research questions and methodologies will be explored.
