Course Description: This course provides introductory training in clinician-performed, point-of-care ultrasound. Participants will learn the fundamentals of proper scanning technique and image acquisition, become familiar with normal anatomic structures, and be introduced to abnormal findings associated with specific disease states. The course relies heavily on peer-to-peer teaching and provides practical, hands-on training through live scanning of normal models.

Restrictions: Only 1st and 2nd year medical students
