Course Description: This course is intended for first-year and second-year medical students who are interested in interventional radiology. Through lectures by interventional radiologists from the UCSF Department of Radiology, student will be introduced to the field of interventional radiology; the fundamental theory, clinical utility and limitations of the field; and the most recent scientific advances in and future applications of interventional radiology.
Prerequisites: None.
