Course Description: Students will further their understanding of muscle structure and function and integrate principles of nerve, tendon, and muscle biology and kinesiology to design and modify both evidence-based exercise programs and manual therapy interventions for basic case presentations. Students will also synthesize evaluation findings into a problem-based intervention list using the movement analysis model to include therapeutic exercise and manual therapy in isolation and in combination.
Prerequisites: PT 200ABC, PT 201AB, PT 706, KIN746, PT 731/742/743, PT720, PT710/11, PT218AB
Restrictions: Third-year DPT students
