Course Description: This is a Bridges Curriculum Clinical Immersive Experience (CIEx), which provide medical students in Foundations 2 opportunities to broaden and enhance their professional development in health care settings different from those of their core clerkships. The elective builds on general medicine skills learned in the outpatient and inpatient setting, and allows students to apply these skills to assist in the care of patients with acute or chronic medical comorbidities.
