Course Description: This is a Bridges Curriculum Clinical Immersive Experience (CIEx), which provide medical students in Foundations 2 opportunities to broaden and enhance their professional development in health care settings different from those of their core clerkships. The goal of this 2 week sports medicine elective is to educate students in the comprehensive evaluation, pre-operative, surgical, and post-operative treatment as well as non-operative treatment of orthopedic injuries and related diseases.
