Course Description: This is a Bridges Curriculum Clinical Immersive Experience (CIEx), which provide medical students in Foundations 2 opportunities to broaden and enhance their professional development in health care settings different from those of their core clerkships. Students will be exposed to a diverse population of patients with complex chronic pain or cancer pain frequently seen in the primary care and inpatient settings, as well as develop fundamental knowledge and skills in the assessment of pain.
