Course Description: Contemporary health care involves teams to provide care to patients with a multitude of complex and chronic medical conditions. This course provides students an opportunity to learn about the roles of various members of the health care team, and how to effectively work in teams with members from other health professions. Specifically, this course includes the first three modules of the Core Principles of Interprofessional Practice for ID3 students.
