Course Description: This course is the first part of a 3-part introduction to personal finance for medical professionals. Initial topics will include budgeting, loans and debt management, and the basics of investing. In this course, medical students will develop a framework to begin thinking about personal financial decisions and the unique financial positions of a career in medicine in order to establish good habits necessary for financial success as a physician.
