Course Description: This is a Curriculum Clinical Immersive Experience (CIEx), which provides medical students an opportunity to broaden and enhance their professional development in health care settings different from those of their core clerkships. Students will explore primary care sports medicine as a career by participating in an outpatient clinical setting and learning the role primary care sports medicine plays in non-surgical management of sports-related injuries alongside other specialties.
