Course Description: A core required rotation, this course is a supervised pharmacy experience where students develop & explore their roles on an interprofessional (IP) healthcare team, sharing responsibilities with patients, caregivers, & other health professionals for drug therapy outcomes in a community pharmacy setting. Students are expected to master competencies in multiple domains including patient care, population health, IP practice, practice management, professional development & medical information.
