Course Description: A core required rotation, this course is a supervised pharmacy experience where students develop & explore their roles on an interprofessional (IP) healthcare team, sharing responsibilities with patients, caregivers, & other health professionals for drug therapy outcomes in an acute patient care setting. Students are expected to master competencies in multiple domains including patient care, population health, IP practice, practice management, professional development & medical information.
