Course Description: This four week advanced sub-internship is completed after the student finishes Neurosurgery 140.01: Advanced Inpatient Clerkship and allows the student to become an even more integral part of the neurosurgery service , assisting members of the house staff and faculty. Activities continue to include ward and ICU rounds, observing and assisting in the OR, taking night call, and attending grand rounds and other teaching conferences, but with even deeper involvement than Neurosurgery 140.01
Prerequisites: 140.01, NEURO SURG 140.01
Restrictions: UCSF Students Only
Activities: Direct - Conference, Direct - Clinical Experience/Patient Contact, Student - Conference
