Course Description: This year long didactic course covers advanced surgical topics for treatment planning and clinical care. Special emphasis is given to diagnosis, prognosis, etiology, treatment planning options and treatment rendered for complicated cases. Students are expected to present and defend their treatment plan and therapeutic procedures based on relevant literature and clinical experience. Emphasis and expectations shift each quarter as student advances in demonstration of knowledge and skill.
