Course Description: This course provides an introduction to the latest techniques for discovering and interpreting genomic alterations; especially as applied to clinical care. The multidisciplinary application of genomic sequencing will be addressed with a primary focus on exome sequencing and variant interpretation. Students will develop critical thinking skills related to testing strategies and genomic data interpretation.
