Course Description: Medical students have the opportunity to participate in the care and management of complex hematology and oncology patients during this clerkship. Students may choose to divide their time between the busy inpatient service and a diverse outpatient clinic. Clinics are held daily and include: General Oncology, Neuro-Oncology, General Hematology, Thrombophilia, Thalassemia, Sickle Cell/Hemoglobin, and Hemophilia clinics.
