Course Description: The purpose of this course is to provide the student with advanced systems knowledge and skills to achieve significant strategic change in healthcare organizations. Leadership and innovation skills are applied to healthcare projects. The focus is on the development, implementation, and evaluation of new ventures to improve healthcare. Strategies for dealing effectively with complexity, uncertainty and risk are explored.
