Course Description: This course examines organizational systems and complex healthcare design, theory, delivery, and economics. Emphasis is on systems thinking, organizational behavior in practice, and system-level issues. Students explore healthcare organizations and introductory economics, including organizational ethics, disaster planning, and the role of the DNP nurse in the organization.
