Course Description: This course provides the opportunity to be immersed in the Alameda County California Children's Services program. Students will learn about various pediatric neurological and musculoskeletal diagnoses through research, staff discussion, and direct participation in client evaluation/treatment sessions. In addition, students will assess and treat clients (with the possibility of direct handling), observe specialty clinics, participate in staff in-services, and give a presentation to the CCS staff.
