Course Description: The purpose of this course is to provide physical therapy students with the resources to improve their ability to communicate with Hispanic/Latinx patients in the Spanish language. Course material will focus on Spanish medical terminology specific to physical therapy and will include content on how to provide care that incorporates cultural humility/awareness.
