Course Description: Students will gain knowledge of climate change and how environmental hazards disproportionately affect marginalized populations. Topics will include environmental health, impacts of hazards throughout the lifespan, how public policy affects health and environmental activism. Activities will include discussions, role-playing to learn new skills, and a community site visit.
