Course Description: This course is part of a series of four disease management courses that focus on the diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses affecting adult and older adult patients. Learners synthesize pathophysiologic concepts using evidence-based resources to analyze clinical data and formulate differential diagnoses, select diagnostics, and develop management strategies. The course objectives are met through prerecorded lectures, synchronous didactic content, and case study analyses.
