Course Description: Course will increase learners' capacities to identify potential health promotion opportunities and prevention problems in vulnerable communities, create a partnership with community members, formulate plans to identify potential health promotion opportunities and the deep roots of health problems, and write proposals to obtain funding that will support activities for community-based health projects.
